Shipping via PostNL

We think it is important that your order is delivered quickly, safely and reliably to the location agreed upon by you. That is why we work together with PostNL.

When completing your order, you will be given the opportunity to choose a desired location and a desired delivery time within the Netherlands. This can be done at home, at work or you pick up yourself at a chosen PostNL point so that you are sure that you do not miss the mail deliverer.


From stock or ordered for you

All items in stock are usually shipped within 1 business day. If we are unable to ship your order the next working day, we will clearly state this above the shopping cart.

If a product is not in stock with us or sold out, you will see it online immediately. We will then order the product for you. We give an indication of the delivery time for each product. Please note that we also depend on the manufacturer.
Do you want certainty in advance? Please inquire before ordering. Click on the contact link under the relevant product. Then you automatically send the article number with your request.


As soon as your order is ready for shipment, we will offer it to PostNL. You will receive a track and trace code so that you can track your order yourself.
PostNL will now ensure a fast delivery.


Postage costs

The shipping costs depend on your order. We use a fixed rate for everything up to 30 kilos.


You may return an order to us within 14 days.

The condition is that the product is in new condition and is in the original undamaged packaging. Has the product been used; If the packaging is damaged or missing, we cannot accept your return or charge you for it.

Register your return in advance by email.

You can then return the order yourself. Make sure your package has sufficient postage and make sure it is clear who the sender is. Always add a copy of the order confirmation or invoice to your package. Pack the product so that we receive it in good condition. You are responsible for ensuring that we receive your return in good order.

After checking and approval, we strive to provide the refund as soon as possible. As a rule, you will receive the amount back to the account with which the payment was made within 5 working days.
